职责：

1. 协助部门主管对总部公司会计、出纳等人员的日常管理及指导。
2. 组织总部公司日常财务工作的开展。如，日常会计资料的编制或复核、相关财务预算及各期财务报表编制或复核、年度审计及税务申报等相关工作。
3. 负责督促集团所属子企业按时报送月、季、年财报及国资委快报等相关报表，组织编制集团各期合并报表及简要分析，按时上报相关单位。
4. 参与集团年度预、决算的组织工作，负责决算会审工作，集团预算、决算文件的拟稿、报送工作。
5. 参与集团会计决算办法的修订，跟踪各子公司业务的会计政策动向。紧密跟踪会计原则的变化，并结合集团业务，分析其对集团的影响。
6. 承办部门主管临时交办的其它工作。

Duties:

1. Assist to Department Head for regular accounting management.
2. Organize regular financial duties, such as preparing and reviewing accounting reports, budgets, audit reports and tax declarations.
3. Supervise Subsidiaries for monthly, seasonal and annual financial reports, financial expresses for National Asset Committee of PRC. Prepare financial consolidation with reports of analysis.
4. Participate the organization of annual budgets and accounting statements. Take responsible for annual meetings of accounting statements and related documents.
5. Participate the revision of methods for accounting statements. Tracing the accounting policies and principles of Subsidiaries, analyze influences to the Group’s business.
6. Work out other assignments by Department Head.  

入职条件：

1. 必须具会计本科学位及香港注册会计师（或相当资格）。
2. 至少在具规模公司6年有关工作经验。
3. 精通香港财务及税务相关法规和制度，在会计，尤其是合并报表方面具备较为丰富的实务经验。了解中国大陆相关财税制度及规定。
4. 熟练掌握相关办公软件和金蝶EAS及Hyperion等财务信息化系统。
5. 对财务工作抱热诚，擅管理及忠诚可靠。
6. 良好中文及英文写作能力及讲流利普通话。
7. 有四大会计师事务所工作经验者尤佳。
8. 可接受偶尔出差。

Requirements:

1. Accounting degree gained and a CPA , or equivalent, is absolutely required.
2. At least 6 years experience with all key areas mentioned in a sizable company.
3. Proficiency in all aspects of corporate finance and accounting rules. Good experience on consolidated financial statements and knowledge of finance and tax regulation of PRC.
4. Familiar with Kingdee, EAS and Hyperion financial information systems.
5. Having passion on work with outstanding leadership and integrity.
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
7. Working experience of the Big Four Accounting Firms preferable.
8. Willing to travels.
