POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide administrative support and assistance in the coordination of the entire HR Department including personal file maintenance, people movement record, systems update and general clerical support to the team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Responsible for updating and ensuring the accuracy of various HR systems, e.g. HR system, e-leave system, etc.
• Maintain personal records
• Generate staff movement reports and update organizational charts
• Provide administrative arrangement and clerical support to HR team
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by managers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Form 7 or above
• 1 year relevant experience in Human Resources or Office Administration
• Detailed-minded and well-organized
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in excel) and computerized office environment
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
