Provide all-rounded support to Human Resources Division with respect to recruitment, C&B, training and staff engagement activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to recruitment process, e.g. arrange interviews and prepare on-boarding kits as and when required;
• Update staff database (education, work experience, etc.) and filing;
• Assist in coordination of Learning & Development programs and staff engagement activities;
• Consolidate and update training records to database;
• Handle expenses claims logistics;
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, fresh graduate from University will also be considered;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proactive and with good communication skills;
• Well-organized and can work under pressure;
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines;
• Strong communications and coordination skills, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
