Responsibilities

Mange HR and office administration function such as formulating and implementation HR policies & procedures, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and office administration：

• To manage employees relation and internal communication, team building activity
• To manage the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits program
• To assist in the development of talent management and maintenance of competency system and career development
• Ensuring relevant compliance of relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Support Operation build up corporate culture
• Manage full spectrum of office administration & procurement functions
• Review and set up administration workflow and execute internal document control

Your Experience

• Degree in HRM , Business Administration, Psychology or other related field
• 3-8 years of experience in HR & Administration functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to relate with all levels of people
• Strong Knowledge of Labor laws
• Leadership & Presentation skill
• Computer literacy proficient in MS office and knowledge of HR system
• Good command of English both written and spoken
