Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development
• Assist in implement HR policies and procedures
• Liaise with line Manager on manpower plan and recruitment issues
• Work closely with recruitment agencies / consultant
• Deliver staff orientation and organize staff activities
• Assist in office administration work
• Work closely with branch offices

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources management/Business Administration or related discipline
• Min 5 years solid experience in handling all-rounded HR functions, with hands on experience in recruitment
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment related legislations
• Good command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
• Independent, mature, self-motivated and well-organized
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assist HR & Admin Executive
