Responsibilities

• SUPERVISE a team of professional housekeepers and QC before guest arrival.
• Welcome guests with introduction of room during arrival.
• Support “Pre-Opening” preparation of rooms.
• Check and maintain the properties for hygiene.
• Occasionally assist with guest service and maintenance requests.
• Occasionally coordinate stock count of linens and room inventory on a weekly basis.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Entry level trainee role with fast promotion into Guest Services, Pre-Opening or Operations Team.
• Well organized - processes, procedures, and systems oriented.
• Proactive & Entrepreneurial - eager to help the company grow!
• Ability to report to management effectively with team objectives followed by results.
• Passion to learn and grow with the founders of the fastest growing companies in Southeast Asia
• Fluent in both Chinese & English
