Responsibilities

1. Provide operational/ administrative supports to Personal Insurance Section
2. Coordinates with other teams / departments for daily operations
3. To act as controller for handling Customer / Insurer request;
4. Assist in monitoring the activities and assigning duties to Financial Planners
5. Assist to organize marketing programs and provide supportive services to Financial Planners
6. Formulate necessary reports assigned by management
7. Support company’s assigned ad-hoc project

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years customer services experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
• Be responsible, attention to details and highly discipline
• Self-motivated and must be a good team player
• Good telephone manner & communication skill
• Good interpersonal skills to external as well as internal customers
• Passed  IIQE paper 1 & 3
• Immediately available is an added advantage
