Job Description

Our client is a growing company for the Asset and Financial Management Consultancy Services. We believe in providing a high quality of financial services to our client for better wealth management.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduates
  • Min. 2-3 years working experience
  • Excellent command in written & spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
  • Literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication & analytical skills 
  • Proactive, well-organized, flexible & able to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • to provide professional secretarial & administrative support to Director / Manager
  • to liaise with clients, vendors & internal departments
  • to prepare reports, presentation material, English/Chinese documents
  • to handle correspondence and ad hoc assignments independently and professionally
  • Manage calendar, coordinate meeting and appointment for Director / Manager
  • Organize meeting, prepare agenda and minutes, reply email as instructed, filing work etc
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential data in a professional manner

 

Job Highlights

  • Experience in financial/ investment services related industry is preferred
