Job Description
Our client is a growing company for the Asset and Financial Management Consultancy Services. We believe in providing a high quality of financial services to our client for better wealth management.
Requirements:
- University graduates
- Min. 2-3 years working experience
- Excellent command in written & spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
- Literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication & analytical skills
- Proactive, well-organized, flexible & able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
Responsibilities:
- to provide professional secretarial & administrative support to Director / Manager
- to liaise with clients, vendors & internal departments
- to prepare reports, presentation material, English/Chinese documents
- to handle correspondence and ad hoc assignments independently and professionally
- Manage calendar, coordinate meeting and appointment for Director / Manager
- Organize meeting, prepare agenda and minutes, reply email as instructed, filing work etc
- Deal with sensitive and confidential data in a professional manner
