Responsibilities:

l Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including office equipment & facilities maintenance, printing matters & office stationery arrangement, regular housekeeping, insurance & license renewal, etc.

l Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers as well as monitor and review the service quality regularly

l Maintain various HR database, assist to handle C & B related issues

l Assist in planning, formulating and implanting office administration & HR policies and guidelines

l Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

l Higher Diploma or above

l Minimum 4 years office administration and HR experience

l Strong multi-tasking skill, well-organized and able to work independently, be a good team player and able to work under pressure

l Excellent communication and presentation skills

l Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).

l Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

l Immediately availability is highly preferred
