Pay

HK$17,903 to HK$21,182 per month.

Jobs

The selected candidates will be appointed as HR Trainees and join a 2-year structured HR Trainee Program  centrally coordinated by the HA Head Office Human Resources Division (HOHR). They will be provided with structured training to equip them with knowledge and skills on HA’s HR functions and operations and be centrally deployed to work in different HR Divisions of the Head Office and Clusters to gain exposure and practical experience in different HR functions and work environment.  Duties include:

  • Provide executive and administrative support in various HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment and appointment, remuneration and benefits, training and development, performance management, staff communication, relations and/or well-being, etc.
  • Assist in projects, organizing events/functions, analyzing data and compiling management reports.
  • Handle enquiries, draft correspondences and maintain proper documentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

 University graduates with some working experience.

Preferred Attributes/Exposure

  1. Keen interest in meeting people and developing a career in the healthcare service.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated and resilient.
  4. Proficiency in business computing (including word processing, spreadsheet modeling and presentation).
  5. Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Remarks

  1. The selected candidate will be offered contract appointment for 2 years, renewable depending on operational needs and satisfactory performance of the appointee. 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
