Job Description

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support
  • Handling new client and consultants applications and following administrative and compliance procedures
  • Dealing with existing clients and consultants and handling queries
  • Data entries, book-keeping, bank reconciliation, document filing and checking
  • Ad-hoc project/tasks as assigned such as information gathering and research
  • Accurately and efficiently recording and updating database records
  • Marketing and Event Management

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word & Excel proficiency essential, FlexAccount and membership system advantageous
  • Native/fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature, strong heart, smart working, independent, presentable and detail oriented- Well-organized, good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work with different personalities
  • A good team player
  • 1-2 working experience
