Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting entries including bookkeeping duties, data entry and document filing
• Handle daily accounting duties such as voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable and cash/bank records updating and reconciliations, petty cash claim and reimbursement
• Assist in the preparation of cheques and invoices to clients
• Prepare monthly financial statements and financial management reports
• Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation in compliance with law and regulations
• Provide general office administrative support
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting with recognized accounting professional qualifications
• At least 2 years' experience in commercial field with solid and/or auditing field
• Audit experiences is preferred
• MYOB experience is a MUST
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Detailed mind, independent and good communications skills
