Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a central coordination point between internal departments and clients to monitor on project orders
- Communicate with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Form 7 or above, with experience in service industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work on shift duties / Fixed night shift is required
- Fresh graduate will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
