Duties 

• The successful candidate will be an experienced corporate financier with business origination (preferably, but not must) and transaction execution experience with IPO deals.
• The ideal candidate will also possess general corporate finance transaction and execution of IPO experience. 

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years of corporate finance/investment banking experience, with solid experience of completing at least two IPOs independently
2. Holder of SFC type 6, R.O.
3. Preferably well-versed in IPO, Listing Rules and Takeover Codes transactions
4. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
5. Preferably an overseas university graduate of any discipline.
