Responsibilities: 

• Handle loan applications 
• Promoting loan products and provide quality customer service by phone and face to face
• Assisting in credit checking and preparing loan proposal
• Provide loan documents and release loan drawdown
• Provide administrative support
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Higher Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 1 – 2 years in financial / banking industries (Fresh Graduate/ PRC candidate will be considered)
• Experience in mortgage and loan is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Mature and could work under pressure
