Job Scope: -

• Liaising among Client, Consultant and sub-contractor day to day;  
• Assisting Team Head for tender and government documentation submission;
• Follow up professional technical requirements progress during project period;  
• Communicating with Project Team staff at site;
• Ad-hoc project required.

Job Requirements: -

• Higher Diploma or above for Building/ Engineering related;
• 1- 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Fair language in English and Chinese (both written and spoken);
• Proficiency in using MS office (Excel & Words), autoCAD or photoshop,
• Self–motivated individuals with a can-do attitude.
