Overview

As a Senior Designer - based in Hong Kong, you will be expected to demonstrate comprehensive product features and work flow knowledge when leading the product design lifecycle of ongoing or new projects with a sizeable focus on creative design and operational deliverables. You will also be expected to coach and lead the junior design team to deliver upon quality design, engineering, and manufacturable business solutions to King Flair’s clients at all stages of the design work flow to meet the desired product objectives and deliverables. The ideal Senior Designer will be verse and adaptable in managing multiple projects across a diverse portfolio, good interpersonal skills, team player and possess a creative eye for product design and development.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree or Diplima in product design and/or related discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in a product/industrial design related function; preferably within the kitchenware or household industry
• Verse in managing multiple design projects across a diverse cumstomer portfolio
• Proficient in sketching, CAD (solidworks), and other design -operating systems such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & CorelDraw
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
• Creative with an eye for shape and colour, passionate, interested in the way consumers choose and use products
• Self-motivator, team player, results-orientated and the willingness to acquire new skills and grow with the organization will be highly sought
