• Develop effective linkages and collaborate with Key structures that include School Management Committees (SMCs), Parents Associations (PAs), Parents Teachers Associations (PTAs) and Board of Governors (BoGs) for the educational well-being of children as need arise.
• Represent company and Participate in networking meetings/workshops/conferences with GoK and other stakeholders at the District level.
• Mobilize community for the uptake of education sector project interventions
• Take a lead in building company staff and community’s capacities in education sector interventions through trainings and other information sharing avenues to handle project.
• Build the capacity of partners (SMCs, PTAs, CBOs) to enable them effectively intervene in the area of education
• Be responsible for education sector project assessment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and dissemination of promising practices
• Work closely with the project team in identification of existing gaps in education sector programming
• Ability to mobilize and manage resources efficiently and effectively
