Job Duties:

• All cakes & pastries production
• Pastry planning and recipes development
• Ensure operations are efficient and in smooth conditions
• Maintain hygiene & tidiness on the environment & equipments
• Training & driving the team of producing quantity with quality
• Monitoring costs , stocking & dispensing in the kitchen
• Ensure quality are at club standards
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in F & B industry
• Strong ability on creating and developing new recipes
• Respond in a timely manner to members’ reactions whenever required
• Passionate in F&B industry
• Self-motivated, independent & well-organized
• Pleasant personality, good personality & strong communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
• Fresh Graduate / Less experience will also be considered as Pastry Cook
• Immediate available is highly preferred
