Responsibilities:

• Developing a test strategy and plan for satellite communication related product per each release/delivery
• Developing detailed test cases according to defined system requirement specification
• Building and Leading a testing team to execute test cases and make sure the tasks are completed on time
• Managing defects uncovered by interacting with different parties until the defects are resolved
• Reporting on testing status and progress to senior management
• Providing test report per each release/delivery and obtaining sign-off for the testing phase
• Participating in product design review meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecom Communications Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in product testing and team management. More than 10 years of experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
• Test experiences on any of the following areas are required:
• wireless communication products (Satellite, 3G/4G, WIFI, IOT, etc.)
• Network Management System (NMS) / Business and Operation Support System (BOSS)
• Applications such as VoIP, VOD, Video Surveillance
• Knowledge of IP networking and server-side application platform is an advantage.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills Effective communication skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Travel to PRC or Overseas may be required
