Our client, a leading international events agency, is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to steer the strategic direction of their creative team in Beijing.

As the Creative Strategy Lead, you will:

•          Lead the development of strategic plans and recommendations for client projects as well as new opportunities
•          Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and strategic direction
•          Formulate strategic framework for campaigns
•          Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
•          Lead internal teams and facilitate the development of strategic thinking and concepts
•          Conduct research on market and consumer data to develop brand positioning
•          Develop creative briefs for internal teams
•          Lead and contribute to the development of proposals

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•          5 – 10 years of creative strategy experience in an agency environment
•          Experience working with IT clients
•          Solid presentation skills
•          Team leadership and problem solving skills
•          Mandarin and English are MANDATORY
