Responsibilities:

- Manage Asia Pacific sales efforts of promotional business unit, from lead generation through program implementation.

- Work with local and remote teams to create fun, innovative promotional concepts, licensed entertainment-based promotions and promotional merchandise proposals.

- Brings a strong awareness of new trends in promotions, sweepstakes, POP/POS, brand activation and entertainment based customer engagement.

- Execute and manage marketing programs and sales activities in accordance with agency standards.

- Manage, train, lead Account Executives, Account Coordinator.

- Set and achieve budgeted sales levels through the development of business with existing & new customers.

- Deliver integrated promotional concepts including in-pack, on-pack, digital and online for Travel, Banking, QSR, CPG, FMCG, Pharma, Tech, Oil and other sectors.

- Responsible for coordinating activities and driving sales in support of APAC operations.

 Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or Business or a related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in promotional agency

- Experience with promotional products, gift cards, loyalty programs, sweepstakes an advantage

- Overseas educated / international exposure is a plus

- Strong communication/presentation skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Ability to conceptualize, write creative presentation

- A self starter and natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance

- Mature, innovative, proactive and determined

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels and across disciplines

- Ability to multi-task working under demanding timelines while delivering a high level of client service

- Willing to travel
