Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to join maintenance plan on home appliances such as washers, refrigerators, air-conditioners, cookerhoods and ovens when warranty expired
• Quote repair fees to customers and quote for replacement if not repair
• Perform other administrative duties as and when required by the company
• With passion, responsible, self-motivated, good personality & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ working experience on Telesales of maintenance plan or consumer products
• Experience on handling home appliances is an advantage; experience on handling service plans such as membership and insurance will also be considered
• Form 5 or above
• Aggressive and willing to learn
• Choose to develop Telesales as a career
• Familiar with the service type ofoperating system
• Proficiency on MS Office application especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command on spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
• Immediately available is preferred
