Job Description
Form 5 or above
1 year work experience in customer service preferably in shipping and freight forwarding industry
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Customer-oriented with good communication skill
Self-motivated, confident in interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Attention to details to ensure quality and accuracy
Responsible for task completion and time-commitment
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Immediately is preferable
Duties:
Report irregular shipment and arrange cargo delivery
Handle customer inquiries
Prepare shipping document
Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
Follow up the order status with customers
Make sure the goods on time delivery accurately
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service
Inform and work with Sales Team about the order situation
Maintain a good communications with the Customers and co-operation parties
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
