職責內容：

1. 組織及安排香港區域的財務管理工作，以確保其符合本地財務法規及稅務要求。包括但不限於：

• 安排部門工作資料予集團財務部及核數師
• 採購，收銀于成本系統設計及監察
• 建立會計，財務與運營相關流程及操作守則
• 監察運營開支，成本
• 監察固定資產申購，記錄
• 準備預算，現金流預算
• 制定成本分析報表
• 審核付款檔，銀行帳目
• 監察財務員工工作表現，指導，培訓本部門員工
• 協調及配合各部門，提升工作、溝通效率

2. 負責POKKA香港的整體財務監管工作

3. 負責協助集團總部完成香港當地的各項投資項目

4. 行銷系統控制

• 監察及更新收銀系統操作，確保各門店收銀系統運作正常，收支記錄準確及完備
• 制定各類收款，支零用現金及結帳規定及指引及監控操作

5.成本控制

• 制定才是及套餐成本標準化工作
• 控制及分析實際成本與標準差異

6.IT系統聯絡及支援

• 聯繫各系統供應商及IT維護，確保各系統日常運作順暢
• 聯絡集團總部IT支援本地系統運作及尋找解決方案
• 提供資料予各方協助提升僧運營效率及工作流程自動化

入職要求：

• 7年及以上財務管理、資本投資工作經驗
• 大型外企工作經驗優先
• 全日制財會或相關專業本科以上學歷，ACCA Level III優先
• 擁有註冊會計師資質優先
• 掌握集團公司財務制度，熟悉集團公司內部核算程式標準
• 具備良好的職業操守
• 良好的配合及溝通、協調能力
• 熟悉香港及大陸的會計準則，財務通則、稅法及稅收法規
• 熟悉餐飲業會計核算系統
• 慬普通話優先，英語熟練
• 熟練運用辦公自動化軟體、尤其是EXCEL的操作
