Responsibilities:

‧ To follow up order bookings and daily pagination of The Standard & Sing Tao Daily
‧ Assist the team in handling advertising artworks, layouts, proofreading and orders execution for the advertisers
‧ Liaise with both designer, sales colleagues and external customers on advertisement placing
‧ Handle incoming enquiries and provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

‧ F.7 or above
‧ Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination
‧ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with good interpersonal and communication skill
‧ A proactive team player with self-initiative and able to work under pressure
‧ PC literate
‧ Immediate availability is preferred
