職責

•  負責監管屬下外判公司之清潔工作、衛生處理、內部總務及後勤工作
•  協助處理公司內部清潔及搬運傢俱與陳列擺設
•  適當地處理及預防衛生事務，並向品質檢証部門滙報
•  執行日常衛生檢查

入職資格

•  中五程度或相關資歷
•  具有至少五年總務及後勤工作經驗
•  擁有基本食物安全、衛生、清潔標準知識可獲優先考慮
•  需輪班及通宵更工作

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleaning, sanitizing, housekeeping activities carried out by the contract companies
• Assist in-house cleaning, furniture movement, and layout arrangement
• Take corrective and preventive actions on sanitizing issues, and report to Quality Assurance Department
• Conduct routine cleaning checks

Requirements

• F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification
• At least 5 years experience in housekeeping
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleaning standards is preferred
• 24-hour shift is required
