Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing peanut (China) & cashew nuts (Vietnam) suppliers and carry out regular visits
• Find, access and recommend new suppliers and new products
• Technical audits and compliance visits for new suppliers
• Assist product testing process including sample arrangement to laboratory, review of samples
• Handle complaints, order fulfilment and quality issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Min. 5 years' relevant exp., particularly in Far East nut sourcing
• Food related technical knowledge and understand China/Far East shipment process
• Proficient in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Travel is required
