Primary Responsibilities:

 

• support the board of directors and the chairman to execute the approved plans;

• know how to manage a technology company;

• coordinate different departments in HK and China to perform the set tasks;

• provide direction and input on company on new product and technology roadmap;

• perform technical analysis on change requests from business, suggest feasibility, solutions, schedule and cost estimates;

• managing workflows of patent applications filed worldwide;

• manage expenses and capital budgets for all planned development projects;

• perform other job duties as assigned.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum requirement - Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject;

• over 15 years management experience in management and with 10 years solid working experience in technology development or research in a variety of projects;

• able to make high level decision and have good managerial control of the company;

• excellent ability in presentation, negotiation, team-leadership and innovation;

• must be able to write excellent project proposals and business plans;

• excellent English and Mandarin speaking/writing and public presentation;

• proven track record for good ethics and integrity.
