Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the management of IT infrastructure services, e.g. email server, Windows/Linux/Unix servers, VM virtualization environment and Active Directory;
• Perform the administration of server hardware, storage devices and data centers to maintain an efficient and secure computing platform, so as to meet daily operational needs of the business;
• Execute infrastructure projects such as system deployment, revamp, relocation, changes, optimization, etc.;
• Manage the e-mail/ mass e-mail systems, the anti-spam system;
• Handle infrastructure outages and incidents;
• Document the daily IT operation and maintenance tasks;
• Carry out Disaster Recovery plans and drills; and
• Other related duties as arranged by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience on system administrator’s position at investment bank or financial institutions;
• Holders of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other Microsoft certified qualifications are preferred;
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Linux or Unix server administration, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, storage solutions including SAN, NAS, etc.;
• Experience in the engineering of data centers, such as electricity and UPS, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, temperature and humidity control, backup solutions, etc.;
• Proficient in the management of a virtualized environment;
• Excellent knowledge of server management software such as Microsoft SCCM, HP ITSM, IBM Tivoli, Chef, Puppet, etc. is a bonus;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
