The position role:

• Lead our User Service team in the IT division, providing business application and hardware support services
• Installation and configuration of hardware and applications for the users
• Support on incidents requested by users
• User accounts and rights assignment
• User training on application usage
• Management of hardware inventory and software license

The candidate:

• Possess strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
• Systematic thinking, well-organized and high value sustainability
• Diploma holder in computer science or business administration field
• 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in Information Systems and 1 year team supervision
• well versed in written Chinese and English
