Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle enquiries through hotline and email on the maintenance support services
- Follow up customer maintenance enquiries and pass requests to technical or sales team where necessary
- Maintain and update customers’ maintenance record
- Prepare and follow up maintenance quotation
- Consolidate Job Completion Report
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with various MS Office application
- Knowledge in IT field is preferable
