Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services to customer
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintain utmost customer services relationship with tenants
• Provide administrative support to property management 
• Assist in organizing recreation and promotion activities
• Monitor the performance of on-site staff and approved contractor works
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments for ad hoc projects

.Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years customer services experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Possess PC skills
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, energetic and able to work under pressure
