Responsibilities:

- Manage daily wine shop operations

- Follow up & Handle customer enquiries, order and complaints

- Develop & Maintain strong customer relationship

- Inventory management & control

- Update company website / social media and create internet promotions and advertisements

- Other ad hoc projects will be assigned

Requirements:

- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably from wine retail, F&B or wine related business

- Certificate holder of WSET or other recognized sommelier program / course

- Motivated, Independent, Customer-Oriented, Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint), Chinese Word Processing

- Immediate availability is preferred
