• responsible for overall quality, schedule, budget, resources & risk management control and monitoring for projects
• min. 3 years relevant experience
• experience in on-site & fitting out work at luxury retail shop are highly desirable
• contractor's background & project experience in China are advantageous
• good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 
• proficient in Autocad, MS Office & MS Project 
• ability to work independently
