Job Duties:

1. Responsible for regular database cleaning and information update
2. Assist in the generation of regular reports for review and operation
3. Assist in the provision of technical and data support for execution of fundraising and/or programs/ activities
4. Administer, monitor and perform maintenance of web-pages for fundraising programs
5. Assist in maintaining and updating portal system
6. Coordination in the uploading and distribution of electronic promotions according to promotional schedule
7. Provide websites administrative support to fundraising teams

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE, including Chinese & English, or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 2 years related working experience in general administration. Solid experience in database administration management and website maintenance is required
3. Proficiency in performing maintenance or updating with Content Management System (CMS) will be a definite advantage
4. Proficiency in MS Office and PC operations
5. Self-motivated, attend to details, able to work within a team and under pressure
6. Proficiency in English & Chinese Word Processing, MS Office
