Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Management Office;
• Manage Senior Executive's daily schedule of appointments and meetings, and personal affairs;
• Administer travel arrangement and hotel accommodations;
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in tight schedule;
• Supervise drivers and handle family social matters;
• Perform special and ad hoc assignments;

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with formal secretarial training preferred;
• At least 5 years secretarial experience in serving senior executives;
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Work Processing;
