Job Description:

• Site Secretary: Stationary / Material requisition / Record delivery documents, etc
• Document Control: Transmittal of documents to clients
• Assistant: Letter submissions & correspondence, liaise with other services (HR, IT, Accounting, Purchasing)
• Manage 1 clerk
• Working hours : Monday - Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00
• Working location : Liantang

Requirements:

• Cantonese & English fluency
• Approximately 5 years of experience
• Microsoft Excel & Word proficiency
• SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• Service oriented
