Job Description
Responsibility:
- General office duties;
- Administrative and secretarial support to all projects & meetings
- Arrange flights and accommodation for Committee’s overseas trips
- Membership &course promotion and enquiry;
- Seminars and events management and coordination
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- University graduate of any discipline
- Min. 3 year relevant working experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an added advantage
- Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, outgoing, pleasant, able to work under pressure and overtime
