Our client, a preeminent asset management institution, is seeking an Operations Officer to join their fast growing and dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various operations activities including settlement, account opening, corporate actions as well as dealing with external providers such as fund administrators, custodians and prime brokers on a daily basis.
• Perform daily operations work such as fund subscription and redemption, settlement, cash reconciliation and NAV calculation
• Responsible for dealing with projects related to investment market
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk Managers to support middle and back office functions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the investment market or financial/banking institutions.
• Knowledge of wide range of investment products for hedge funds
• Experience in QFII, RQFII or QDII products preferred
• Good business sense with a broad understanding of the market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with high motivation to drive for success.
• Preferably with a degree in Business/ Finance or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
