• Partner with relevant departments to bolster corporate social responsibility program

• Evaluate factory profiles and audit reports and advise businesses accordingly

• Work with relevant departments to ensure factory status is consistent across all systems

与相关部门合作, 确保工厂符合所有系统的要求

• Ensure all active factories have current certification

确保所有工厂取得相关认证

• Ensure that all compliance data is accurate and current

确保所有验厂资料的准确性和更新及时性

• Develop and implement ongoing training for internal and external stakeholders on corporate social responsibility standards and requirements

为内外部相关人员组织和实施不间断的社会责任和要求方面的培训

• Keep up to date on industry, as well as customers’, corporate social responsibility trends

了解行业最新动态, 以及客户和企业社会责任的最新形势

• Provide regular reports to management on the status of factory compliance

定期向管理层汇报工厂社会责任的情况

• Manage factory registrations for customers

管理客户的工厂登记

• Support factories in developing and implementing Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) plans

协助工厂组织和实施行动改善计划(CAPA)

Desired Skills and Experience  职业技能和经验要求:

• 5 years minimum experience

5年以上相关工作经验

• Prefer a background in apparel industry with an understanding of factory compliance audits

有服装企业工厂审核验厂经验者尤佳

• Detail-oriented and capable of understanding and communicating compliance requirements set forth by governments and customers

工作细致, 能较好地理解和传达政府和客户的审核要求

• Able to organize information logically and efficiently for data analysis

逻辑思维和数据分析能力强

• Able to communicate clearly and successfully with both internal teams and customers

同内部人员和外部客户能进行良好的沟通

• Self-driven and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously

工作积极主动, 自动自发, 且能同时开展多个项目

• Proficient in using various database systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Excel

• Able and willing to do tasks of any level with a “can-do/will-do/want-to-do” attitude
