• To manage projects in Mainland China and South East Asia Regions
• To ensure the openings of standalone shop, shop in shop & pop up store
• To arrange the whole process of shop openings and report progress
• Support and transfer all the needed information to the Mainland China
• Manage all the internal and external parties in order to achieve the opening goal
• Coordinate and verify the tender documents
• Keep the stores database constantly updated including the cost analysis
• Meet the expectation of and insure the satisfaction of business unit
• Liase and follow up with various departments to ensure all in store needs are met
• Implement ad-hoc product related projects as assigned

We are looking for an exceptional individual

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Architecture or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail industry or contractor base
• China experience would be preferred especially in dealing with submission / regulations
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication, coordination skills and strong responsibility 
• Able to work under pressure & meet deadline
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, AI and other design skill, MS Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel is required
