ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform fit analysis, including measuring samples, conducting fit sessions, and communicating appropriate fit and pattern information/development/corrections/etc

• Create fully graded specs and/or patterns for Asian suppliers

• Ensure all samples sent to head office fit correctly and reflect the design elements required

• Maintain specification consistency across all product categories

• Proficient in construction matters for apparel

•  Ensure all construction requirements are met by maker partner

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Degree or diploma in relevant discipline

• 10 years or above experience as a Patternmaker/Technical Designer

• Pattern-making skill is required

• Grading/Measurement/Specifications skills

• Fit Analysis/Problem solving skills

• Able to communicate in English

• Possess computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator a plus. PLM (PTC/Flex is a plus)

• Travel to factories if needed.
