Duties: 

• Producing design drawings for interior design projects, including layouts, elevations and 3D-renders
• Produce CAD details of architectural sketches
• Work closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages
• Communicate with design team and manager on a daily basis
• Attend meetings with contractors and architects
• Liaising with Project Managers for all Project Requirements
• Reporting directly to project manager
• Delivering highly committed and professional design service to our clients

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related discipline 
• Design Institute graduate preferred
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in commercial design field
• Excellent design concepts, creative and good presentation skills
• Strong project detail design package management skill preferred
• Design orientated and capable of preparing full set construction drawing / material specification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, AI, Sketch Up/3D Studio Max 3D rendering and freehand sketching
• Capable in handling project independently
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English preferred
