The successful candidate will work as a Caretaker within the Facilities Team providing services to maintain the overall tidiness of the school facilities. Live-in quarters will be provided at the school and the successful candidate will be responsible for locking the school in the evenings. Additional responsibilities will include being part of a 24 hour emergency contact list and action team in the event of emergency to the buildings, (Typhoon, flooding, security scare, etc.).

Applicants should have:

• physical ability to perform a full range of janitorial duties
• good communication and interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students, staff and visitors
• experience in carrying out minor building & maintenance repairs
• ability to communicate in Cantonese and basic English
• occasional evening work is required
