Job Description

Our client is a well known and one of the fastest growing luxury fashion brand with presense in Hong Kong. To cope with their aggressive growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Operations Executive to join their operations team. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Retail Operations Manager to manage all retail operational matters.
  • Based on monthly sales target, devise incentive scheme to boost revenue
  • Review sales data (including all KPIs) to set sales strategy
  • Compile sales related reports to store manager regularly
  • Work closely with store management to ensure maximize sales is achieved
  • Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize stock loss. 
  • Ensure company health and safety policy apply in all store and back of house locations
  • Supervising Management Trainees Assignments when necessary
  • Manage frontline sales roster and identify manpower planning 
  • Manage staffs' grooming and uniform ordering etc., coordinate with various internal departments and HQ in London 
  • Regular “Shop Visit” as necessary to coordinate between retail stores and office
  • Any other duties assigned by management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in relevant Discipline 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail industry
  • Result oriented and good problem solving skill
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel (V Lookup & Pivot Table) and PowerPoint, Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
  • People oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
