The Job:   

• To maximize the sales and profits of the specialty counters of assigned areas
• To provide feedbacks and feasible solutions in order to maintain a high operational standard in compliance with legal requirement, e.g. food safety
• To develop consistent fresh standards in all stores and establish appropriate training program for specialty counters
• To develop fresh food specialty counter benchmarks or insertion into fresh food manual
• To develop a fresh operational process that within category management delivers in a consistent and attractive manner 
• To merchandise display effectively and meet in the quality standard
• To review and implement the policy and procedures of the special counter

The Person:

• Degree holder in Operations Management or related discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience in retail operations or food industry
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work in different locations / stores
