Responsibilities:

• Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
• Provide end-user support services, and troubleshooting
• Upkeep of all office IT equipment
• Assist in handling IT server room operations and maintenance
• Prepare IT equipment for new employees
• Handle ad hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Information System or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT support;
• Hands on experience in handling IT network and equipment for 40+ users;
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
• A good team player with ability to work independently
