Scope of Work:

• Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT infrastructure, security control, networking, build IT strategy, roadmap, drive IT innovation and overseeing project delivery;
• Provide help desk support to internal and external clients and users in regard to securities trading platform, establish and maintain office and operation related IT systems;
• Provide technical support to trading systems/ PC configuration and stabilize for all IT infrastructure including; desktops / laptops, printer, copiers, ip-phone recording systems, firewall and router etc.;
• Manage team resources and performance for ensuring all servicing activities are conducted timely and effectively;
• Storage, backup data and other administrative and clerical paperwork, work under pressure and at fast pace;

Requirement:

• Recognizable degree holder in computer science or IT related qualification;
• Solid experience in the Futures and Securities trading system;  
• Minimum 4 years related IT helpdesk support experience in securities firms, especially maintenance of Hundsun Trading Platform is a plus;
• Sound & practical experience on setting up and optimization of corporate server room;
• Have detailed and diverse knowledge of UAT, SIT, PABX, CCTV, NAS, firewall, telephone recording, anti-virus, e-mail etc.;
• Experience in Chinese-funded SOE financial companies is preferred;
• Good knowledge in Windows, Linux and TCP/IP network, practical and theoretical IS security implementation;
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and English for client /user support.
