Key Responsibilities 

1. Support daily IT operations, system maintenance, administration and documentation
2. Responsible for providing customer service support and solution on IT related areas.
3. Provide PC and IT services support both for hardware and software installation and configuration.
4. Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record
5. Perform server and database administration.
6. AD operation support such as user accounts/groups administration, manage access right, etc.
7. Provide technical support to internal users
8. Email systems support such as mailbox management, troubleshoot, etc.
9. Take initiation on trouble-shooting and problem solving.
10. Provide end-users support and guidance.

Requirements

1. Diploma of Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
2. 2 years or above working experience in IT inhouse IT department is an advantage
3. Knowledge in Networking programming language
4. Familiar with Microsoft Program 
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented
6. Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
7. Good communication and analytical skills
8. Self initiative, independent and enthusiastic
9. Solid Knowledage of Microsoft Active Direstory, Microsoft Window desktop/Server, Mac OS, Adobe products
